Common questions

How Bribe Map works

How do I report a bribe anonymously?

Sign in so we can stop spam, then submit what happened to you. Public pages never show your name, email, or username unless you choose to post with a handle.

Is this a government website?

No. Bribe Map is an independent civic record. It is not a police station, court, or official complaint portal. Use the appropriate government channel if you need official action.

Are reports verified?

No. Reports are unverified first-person accounts. Statistics and the map count published submissions; they are not findings of fact against any person or office.

Can I read reports without an account?

Yes. Anyone can browse reports, statistics, and the map. You only need an account to publish, upvote, or comment.

What does the corruption map show?

Regional intensity appears after at least five published reports in that slice. Smaller samples show as point clusters so a handful of stories cannot look like a trend.
