RTO agent demanded extra for licence renewal
Went to the Regional Transport Office in Andheri to renew my driving licence. The official fee is around Rs 200 but the clerk said I need to pay Rs 3,000 through an agent outside or wait months. I paid Rs 2,500 in cash to get it done the same day.

At the Sub-Registrar office in South Delhi, I was told the file would not move unless I paid a facilitation fee of Rs 50,000. The stamp duty and registration fee were paid officially, but the clerk insisted on cash for 'speed processing'.
